Artist Statement
A contemporary abstract inspired by shifting landscapes and natural horizons. Soft ivory, warm taupe, silver-gray, and charcoal flow together in layered textures that suggest earth, stone, fog, and distant light. The sweeping horizontal movement creates a calming sense of balance while the metallic accents catch changing light throughout the day.

Inspiration
The Space Between was inspired by the quiet moments that often go unnoticed - the pauses between beginnings and endings, movement and stillness, certainty and possibility. It reflects the belief that growth, healing, and clarity are often found not in the destination, but in the moments of waiting and reflection. Through layers of color, texture and light, this painting invites the viewer to embrace the beauty and meaning that exist in life’s in-between spaces.
